Party Guest Information

Enjoy a fun and safe pony party with your friends. Learn how to mount, communicate basic aids to your pony e.g. walk, stop, steer & trotting finishing with a taster of mounted games or a round of 'Whatever You Fancy, Nancy!'. 

All guests will receive:

• 'Well Done' Rosette
• Superstar Rider Certificate
• Photo Opportunity on and with a pony

1. Contact us and agree a date.
2. Send us the Birthday child's name & age, your package choice. including number of guests.
3. Make your booking and pay your deposit. 
4. Final numbers 1 week before the party.
5. First Names, Age & approx. Height & Weight of all riders. 
6. Pay your balance.
7. Ensure all guests know to arrive on time and have completed/be ready to complete their forms
8. Enjoy the party!!

• Arrive at least 15 minute before the start time of your party.
• All riders will need to be accompanied by an adult to chaperone them whilst on the pony
• All riders must have completed all necessary forms before mounting
• We provide Riding Hats so although hair must be tied back, please be mindful of where the hat sits.
• Please let us know of any SEN requirements in advance, where possible.  

• All levels of rider welcome including mixed age and ability groups
• No minimum age for guests

• Children should always wear tops with their shoulders covered with leggings/tracksuit bottoms. The clothing should be relatively tight & provide free movement.
• Suitable footwear choices may include wellies or boots with a small heel. See our Riding Lessons tab for more info.

It' is very important to us that the birthday prince/princess feels confident and happy throughout their party. We recommend that any birthday children have one, two or a few sneaky lessons before their party, if at all possible. This will enable them to enjoy it just that bit more and reduce the risk of them feeling overwhelmed at the party itself.
